Dominique joined DeVoe & Company in 2026 and brings over a decade of experience in business operations and executive support across financial services, higher education, healthcare, and technology. In her role as Business Operations & Executive Coordinator, she supports the firm's operational and executive initiatives, including process improvement, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
Prior to joining DeVoe & Company, Dominique supported senior leadership at North Carolina Central University, where she managed executive operations and coordinated strategic initiatives across the organization. She previously worked at Macquarie Asset Management, where she supported senior leaders in a global financial services environment and gained extensive experience in executive coordination, project management, and business operations.
Dominique attended East Carolina University, where she studied Linguistics.
