Jack O’Flaherty
Analyst
Jack O’Flaherty joined DeVoe & Company in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an M&A Junior Analyst at SellSide Group, where he supported outreach, deal origination, and CIM preparation for active and prospective transactions. He educated business owners on rollups, inorganic growth strategies, and the value of various buyer types - including strategics, private equity firms, family offices, and independent sponsors.
Previously, Jack worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at CSG Partners, where he conducted financial modeling, valuation, and ESOP analysis. He built three-statement models, DCFs, and comps, supporting pitch materials, NDAs, and internal data rooms. He brings experience in M&A, valuation, and transaction execution to support the team.
Jack earned a BS in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
