Jamie Licosati

Jamie Licosati joined DeVoe & Company in 2025. Previously, he was an M&A Analyst at LPL Financial, where he led financial due diligence and modeling for over 50 RIA acquisitions representing more than $20 billion in assets under management. He gained hands-on experience in strategic investment analysis, valuation, and post-merger integration within the firm's Liquidity & Succession business line.
Earlier in his career, Jamie worked as a Summer Analyst at Merrill Lynch, focusing on financial analysis, strategic forecasting, and alternative investment strategies. He leverages his experience in M&A, financial modeling, and the RIA space to support DeVoe & Company's clients and team.
Jamie earned a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. He holds his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
