Matt Tancredi
Director
Matt rejoined DeVoe & Company in 2026 as a Director after previously working with the firm beginning in 2021. He has several years of experience advising wealth and asset management firms on mergers & acquisitions and strategic transactions, and has worked on over 30 M&A engagements within the wealth and asset management industries.
Prior to rejoining DeVoe & Company, Matt worked within the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) in the investment banking division at Oppenheimer & Co. Earlier in his career, he worked with Sterling Point Advisors supporting investment banking and valuation engagements across a variety of industries. Matt began his career at Raymond James, where he spent nearly four years on the wealth management side as a Financial Analyst / Advisor after being promoted from an intern, and later served as an Investment Consultant at Bank of America.
Matt holds the FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Washington College.
